Who would have thought??

Our kids (and our) most favorite meal is meatloaf. It's definitely a meal where they lick their plates clean (meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and peas!). Eric and I have implemented something in our house that is so fantastic. We have included Caroline in the cooking of our meals and she is so proud that she cooked dinner, that she has been making a "happy plate" most nights. It's so easy, yet so effective! Today we are making homemade bread to use for our sandwiches this week.

Cole now says "cheese" to the camera. It's way too cute.
