Family+Thanksgiving

We were fortunate enough to get to host my family for the Thanksgiving holiday! My mom & dad drove down with my niece Avery. Then my sister Kaci and her husband Mark and sweet baby boy Will drove down, too! Will is 8 weeks younger than Cole. They were precious together!

Eric fried a turkey and us ladies took care of all the side dishes. We had a delicious dinner and enjoyed looking through sale-ads and playing with the kids. Caroline looked up to Avery so much and imitated almost everything Avery did. Thursday night Kaci & Mark did a late night trip to Walmart to get a Vacuum cleaner. The rest of us stayed home! However, we did some Black Friday shopping at Kohl's and Target at 8am and got everything we needed with hardly any crowd at all. We then went to lunch at Mugshots (amazing!) and to Bass Pro Shops to see the free Santa (see pic below) and to the outlet mall! Successful shopping day.

Saturday we did a little more shopping, went to lunch, the Galleria to ride the choo-choo train (a whole other post coming on that experience), carousel, and an attempt to visit Santa (again. didn't happen.).

These boys will be best friends!

Cole was not making Will very happy at this moment. Five minutes prior Will was belly laughing at Cole.

Gigi & Papa with their four grandbabies. It's as good as it's going to get.

This baby boy is going to be walking before we know it. He's hiking his leg up on steps, pulling up onto everything, and yesterday he cruised all around his walking toy.
