These PODS hold WAYYYYYY more than I imagined. We have way more than half of our house on 1 POD. So, we did the most logical thing ever and went to Rooms to Go to order furniture for our new house. They'll deliver it to us here in Birmingham and we'll have it put directly on the PODS!
Not only did we get new furniture, but Eric got the most practical item on this planet...
It's a Kegerator. Yep, you put a keg of beer in it and it comes out the little spout. Like I said, very practical. But, we will have a nice big basement that we bought new funiture for. No sense in making Eric go allll the way upstairs to get a beverage, right? :o)
And, of course we had the biggest helpers, EVER....
After I had my shoes packed and ready to be taped, Caroline drags these boots out of the very bottom of the box while, of course, dragging everything out of the box and came walking in the room very, very slowly asking, "mommy, can i wear these??"

All the boxes we had in our house fit into less than 1/4 of the POD. Either awesome or pathetic? Not quite sure. But, of course, we'll have more boxes. Eric will have to send me the picture of this POD almost completely full now. It's amazing how much stuff we have on there!
Well, I guess it's finally official now that there's an "Under Contract" sign in our "yard"...
Last week was Teacher Appreciation Week and the PTO and all of our parents sure appreciate us. What a great week it was! All my students brought me a few flowers each day and I put them all together in a vase on my desk. Aren't they beautiful....
I'm so loved!
The countdown has begun. We are moving out of our house in 11 days!
