Just a little prelude to the post. Cutie!
Eric called me after work on Friday and I was walking the kids around the neighborhood. He told me to go home and pack some bags and we were headed to the lake for the weekend. Eric's boss made him get out of work and head to his lakehouse! How nice! So we literally threw together the necessities, dropped the dogs at the Pawms Hotel, and hit the road by 6:30. It's a little over an hour away, so it was a quick trip! It was exactly what we needed...peace (no dogs!!). Caroline had a BLAST!
