Our daughter has such an obsession with books that it deserves its own post. She chooses a book over a toy every time. While this does make me, the teacher, very proud; we do think she is borderline CRAZY obsessed with books. Her favorite are the touchy-feely ones. She will come across the room dragging a book, reach up for you, and insist on sitting in your lap while you read it. She turns the pages for you (usually a little too quick), and she is down right giddy while you are reading to her. Yes, this is absolutely precious. I had to hide a few of the books b/c I couldn't possibly stand the thought of reading it one more time. So, we keep rotating them. This is the longest post ever about books, sorry!
