The Elmo Shoes

My mom found a cute pair of flip flops at a yard sale and gave them to Caroline. Within three minutes one of the Elmos hurt her feet, so my dad pulled off the Elmo and threw it away. These shoes have since been the ONLY shoes that she will wear. So I have been on a hunt for some cuter, more classier flip flops. Today we found a pair at Marshall's. So we convinced Caroline to say goodbye to the shoes forever and welcome her new purple ones. The Elmo ones were quite fun, though, and made for a cute story when she told everyone why the Elmo was missing.
